DATA COLLECTION (The "Why")

We collect Identity Data (Name/Address), Technical Data (Reg/VIN/Diagnostic Logs), and Transaction Data. This is necessary to fulfil our contract with you and to maintain legal tax records for 7 years.

DIAGNOSTIC DATA

When we perform a diagnostic scan, we store the "Fault Codes" and "Live Data" associated with your VIN. This history allows us to track recurring issues. This data is stored securely and is never sold to third parties.

IMAGE RIGHTS & SOCIAL MEDIA

We routinely take high-resolution "Before & After" photos/videos. These are used for: (1) Evidence of pre-existing damage: (2) Verification of work completed; (3) Marketing. We will anonymize your number plate for marketing photos unless you give us "Tagging" permission on social media.

THIRD-PARTY DISCLOSURE

We share data with: (a) Parts suppliers for fitment; (b) HMRC for tax; (c) Debt collection agencies if necessary; (d) Law enforcement if requested; (e) Company advisors/partners for professional advice.
